Stego Slab

CREATED
UPDATED

Description

I thought the patina on the rock looked like a stegosaur oriented vertically hence the name. Fun movement throughout this short route. Thoughtful and balancy climbing for the grade.

Crux comes early moving past bolt one on the tail section of the stego. Still engaging moving through a short corner near the top.

Location

Starts about 30 feet to the right of the school slabs. It sits between two TR routes, an eroded bulge problem on the left and a "crack" line on the right.

Protection

5 bolts, 3 bolt chain anchor
