Climb Outer Space and instead of continuing the final traverse left to the p1 anchor, look up at a weird roof feature. Grab a jug and do something. Arrive at a terrible anchor made of 7 nuts and 2 tricams. 2 of those nuts are just dangling out in space. 

Basically at the start of the Nears just left of Kansas City Roof
