Short Sport Route

This is a short sport line on the right side of Mountain Rose. It mostly is low 5.10 until trying to clip the anchors where the footholds disappear...making it 5.10+, perhaps.

Climb past 4 bolts where large, confident moves to the bigger holds are rewarded. Again, clipping the anchors is balancy and probably harder to for the height-challenged.

This may be the same route as "Short Sport" listed in D'Antonio's

Boulder Canyon Rock Climbs,

but that was listed as a 11b/c.

This is the leftmost bolted line on the right half of Mountain Rose. It ascends a blocky, vertical section near a tree.

4 bolts, 2 bolt anchor with rings.
