Fall River

Fall River is a sandstone escarpment, cut by the adjacent Fall River and with the aid of some blasting by the railroad. It can be reached by walking eastward from the town of Fall River, Kansas 1.45 miles along the railroad tracks. The area is generally shady, with trees along the top and base of the climb. The sandstone is well indurated and not brittle.
