Big Branch Falls Cliffs

Hike to Big Branch Falls area.

Long band of cliffs across small gorge area on slopes of Pasture Fence Mountain (all are still within confines of S.N.P.)

It is a STEEP haul up to the cliffs...but well worth it.

Great top roping and highball bouldering.

There are some old bolts that I wouldn't trust...a lot seem pretty rusty looking....along with some quick-draws that were left around.

This area of N. Fork Moorman's is one of highlights of this watershed.

Cliffs are clearly visible when driving Skyline Drive in the winter too and very visible from main trail once reach vicinity of Big Branch Falls.
