MapThe Pup
Description
The Pup was named for the legendary Philly street dog. Climb the obvious face shown on the photo. The route is intended to go straight up the face, avoiding the easier climbing to the right and left. For full value, start on the undercling and crimp, though an easier start is to layback the seam and then move onto the face. The crux is the move to the large upper rail (taller people will find it easier, especially if you're 6' 6").
Location
You can't miss it.
Protection
The crux is 15 feet off the ground, and the landing slopes away from the boulder. Make sure you have good spotters. If you blow the crux, you just may roll downhill (ask me how I know)....
