Cone Head Boulder
Description
-Cone Head Left
-Cone head right
Start on the slopping jugs on the corner and climb onto the left side of the face. from there use compression and some tiny feet to work your way up to the top. -There is a lesser variation that trends onto the right side of the face. Using the same starting holds at the left variation, make similar grade moves over the open ledge and use the pointed top to climb up and over.
Location
When walking up to the Summit Rock and Echo trail junction, you will run into a sign on a tree directing you ether right or left- ignore this and head straight, draping below the ridge line. Head down the gully for about 10 feet, then turn to your left. Cone head marks the beginning of the Hidie Hole area, Trend left under the ridge to find all climbing.
Protection
At least 2 pads and a spotter.
