Follow the crack up the boulder, the crux comes towards the top. I would advise people to use cation this rock is DG (decomposing granite) holds can and will break.

This boulder is part of what I have been calling shepherds west, it is located off of crowley lake drive. park at rainbow tarns road and walk down the dirt road headed west (away from toms place) towards aspen springs. after about 10 minutes you will arrive at the main boulder, once there you will find the boulder about 50 feet away.
