A Great Balancing Act

Description

6 bolts with one open shut anchor and one carabiner. Super cool flake climbing for the first 3 bolts, then traverses left. Crux is around bolt 5 getting to 6th bolt, having to find some slightly hidden holds. After the 6th bolt do a quasi mantle up to the top and trust your feet to get to the chains. A little dirty so wear your helmet!

Location

Park at the access point to lower canyon granite. Scramble down the trail and walk along the road for 5-10 minutes. Dr. Suess wall should be just a bit past the guard rail in the middle of the road. Climb up a grassy ledge to find the belay spot. Should be towards the left of the wall.

Protection

6 bolts and chains.
