Scramble up to Loser’s Ledge, clip the first bolt, and get established on good side pulls and difficult to spot edges overhead. After clipping the second bolt you’re gonna have to decide if  you really want to climb the company ladder. If so you need to “manage up” through a series of crimps to reach the third bolt, then traverse left and make a bee line for the bosses office to kiss his keister.
