Climb the obvious crack to the left of the slab start to Therapy Session into the right facing overhanging dihedral until you reach a small ledge. Then lead up the rest of the dihedral until you reach the big ledge on top of the dihedral. Then continue up the face heading slightly right towards a large ledge with a lot of trees, belay of a tree here. Then continue up the right facing corner until you reach top belay off a tree.
