Chossy and Chunky

Chossy and Chunky is an absolutely crisp route. There are nice holds all the way up with some bomber rocks at the top. The whole route is conveniently marked with black spray paint dots. As far as urban, private-property chimney ascents go, this is an absolute classic.

The route is located midway through the west-facing wall of the house on the southeast corner of 10th St. and Aurora Ave. Approach through the rocks on from either Aurora or 10th through the rocky yard to the crag.

A crashpad is certainly recommended if you don't plan on topping out on the roof. If you don't have one, you should be able to find one on the south side of the house next to the fence.
