Small Cove Problem
Description
A great problem to warm up on and show off if others are watching. It is pretty small, only about 4 simple moves and the rock is quite sharp and unforgiving. The crux is a small dyno up to the top of the cliff, top-out after that. All in all a real fun and easy problem
Location
Again, park at the first parking lot for Otter Cliffs and hike the trail. After about 300 feet you will see a small inlet cove right underneath the trail. Descend down into the cove, there are a few other "climbable" features but none of them really flesh out into a problem. if you are looking at the sea this problem is in the far right hand corner of the cove. The start is somewhat obvious, you must crouch matching both hands in a small crack at the base of rock.
Protection
pad and spotters highly recommended even though it is an easy problem the landing is quite sketchy.
