Blue Monday

Blue Monday takes a thin wandering line up the right side of the Hill Street Blues crag. Start up an easy slab to gain a flared notch with a very thin crack in the back. Put in some tiny nuts and the smallest cam you have, then pull the insecure crux to gain better holds (hard for .10b). Continue up wafer thin crispy flakes with easy climbing but poor pro to a stance. A shallow corner with more small pro requires some more slabracadabra to gain a broken ledge and some straightforward crack climbing to the tree. Belay. Descent bolts atop Blues Brothers are 12 feet away.

First route you arrive at at the top of the trail. About 20 feet right of the distinctive thin crack of Blues Brothers.

Gear to 2", tiny nuts and tiny cams.
