Description

Start options (from easiest to hardest - all sit): 1)Reach out and up left to edge around arete and right to sharp edge above the ledge 2)Right hand on the ledge, left on same hold as above 3)Both hands on ledge  For all 3, left heel around the arete, right foot on whatever positive surface you can find. If using #3 start, get into position of 1 or 2, then pull up to right hand on the good sloper on the arete and then wrestle your way over the top. Topout is a bit trickier than it looks. 

Location

Walk about 100 feet right of Dead Man's Boulder at the same topo level. Look for two boulders leaning against each other; this is the left of those.
