Stake Your Claim

Short but varied climbing on sharp stone, with a mantle start, jams/sidepulls up a fingers-to-fists crack (with good face holds), and a funky crux move around a bulge to the final ramp.

This route can be found on the East side of Left Hand of Darkness, in the same quiet grotto as Left Route and Right Route. The route is the most obvious line on the face left of and perpendicular to these lines.

From the parking area, walk the clear trail past granny goose, turning right through the boulder field toward the striking vertical face. Below the face, scramble down and left to the bottom of Stake Your Claim.
