Go up the ramp on the right until you can make a few traverse moves left, standing on a point. Set your gear in small cracks and up you go. Ascend until you can traverse the "midcliff" ledge.
Location
On the left side of Wailing Wall 15 feet right of the bolted "Cry Baby" is an outside corner with a mixture of cracks.
