MapDescription
An off vertical chimney that chokes down to a few feet of off width and then opens to a chute. Slither your way up the chute and take a left turn up and over a boulder pile to finish the climb. This has some wide climbing but don’t worry. There’s plenty of crystals and knobs to plant your feet on as you shimmy up the crack.
Location
Located on Climber’s right side of Phoenix Boulder. This crack can be clearly seen as you come into view of PB.
Protection
Single set of gear from .5-#6. One QuickDraw. The start is a bit run out and the #6 protects lowest. However a #5 protects nicely just a little higher up and can be walked up the first section of the crack. Either use the anchors on PB to belay or sling a boulder on top.
