MapDescription
"Stabs of Joy" is a phrase coined by C.S. Lewis in his book "Suprised by Joy."
Pull a few moves up the seam before moving a few feet left and up the beautiful crack. It gets steeper as you go up until the final roof move exit. Sidepulls, hand jams, steepness, and good gear make for an excellent pitch of climbing.
Location
Ascends the easily identifiable crack maybe 100 feet right of the rightmost sport climb.
Protection
Standard rack. 0.5s are particularly useful. There is no anchor so you'll have to build one. The best option is a static rope from a large tree.
