Climb up to the jug under the roof, pop up to the jug above the roof and pull yourself to the top. This will probably be a full on dyno for short people. A static version is possible too but, it is a grade or two harder.

On the west side of the rock band at the top of the ridge. Look for the roof above a dihedral. If you find Prime Cut you've gone too far.
