The Apprentice

Scramble up to a grassy ledge and place a finger size cam in the beginning crack. A belay can be made here using the first bolt of Rough Cut. Tricky moves around the bulge sets you up for an exciting face encounter. When putting up this route I was finished at the second bolt due to tendonitis so Mike took over. He took a good leader fall with all the gear on but recovered and sent. This was probably his second time doing a ground up route. Awesome!
