Strike Anywhere

Fun, easy, vertical climbing down low, with moderately-easy gear, leads to a lower-angle section up top with one bolt where the gear disappears. Route tops out on highest part of Matchstick formation.

Belay follower(s) from top - anchors have bolt hangers only. Due to the shape of the formation, rope drag would make toproping from the ground nearly impossible.

Route starts at the middle of three parallel cracks in the center of the formation, as seen from the road.

Walk off - scramble down the back of the formation and walk south around the base.

Standard rack, one bolt, bolted anchor with hangers only.
