Husky Mountaineer

(P1)Starting at the finger crack on the white face, move up to the OW and to the obvious belay ledge. (P2)climb out right under a small roof and gain the summit via some well protected 5.fun climbing in the chimney.

why the name: Before we met Geir and Marcy out there we had been calling this Husky spire due to it's short fat appearance. That combined with the approach and the kind of climbing really felt like some good old fashioned mountaineering in the desert
