MapLevophobia
Description
Levophobia is a vertical problem that climbs an interesting set of features on solid rock with a not-so-good landing.
Stand start with a right hand three finger pinch and a left hand sidepull on the arete. From there, bump the left up to a thumb catch on the arete, gain a right sidepull, reach a left sloper (crux), move to the pinch/gaston, then follow the diagonal feature until the lip, and top it out on the jugs.
The rock to the left is off.
Location
This ascends the East face of Phobic Rock.
Protection
A few pads work, but three is ideal. The immediate landing is good, but there is a large rock to the left that is ever present and a tree lies directly behind the problem.
