Sit start with your choice of edge. From there, stand up on good footing, reach the horizontal rail above, gain the lip, and mantel atop the boulder.

Location

It climbs the east face of Rising Sun.

Protection

Three pads ideally. The immediate landing is good, but it is surrounded by rocks/tree.
